The XP95 I.S. manual call point red is included in the BOSEC B-9072-FD-954 EN54-13 certificate of the MD2400(L) analogue addressable fire detection system.
The XP95 intrinsically safe (I.S.) manual call point is designed and certified for use in hazardous areas and is always used in combination with a galvanic barrier and a XP95 single channel protocol translator. At rest, a switch is held down by an unbreakable flexi-element. By pressing this flexi-element, the switch is released and a contact closes.
The XP95 I.S. manual call point is made of a waterproof IP67 plastic housing (ABS) and is used for manual signalling in case of a fire hazard.
The XP95 I.S. manual call point is equipped with a LED which lights up red in case of a fire alarm.
