XP95 DIN-rail 4-channel input unit
The XP95 4-channel input unit monitors and reports the status of maximum 4 voltage-free contacts. This module is mounted on a 35mm DIN-rail and is also available in a plastic housing.
The XP95 4-channel input unit can monitor both NO and NC contacts, whereby, using EOL resistors, the wiring betweenthe input unit and the contact is checked for short circuits and open circuits.
Using a jumper setting, the number of connected contacts can be selected. The number of connected contacts automatically determines the number of addresses reserved by the XP95 4-channel input unit.
The address of the first input is set using a DIP-switch. The following inputs are automatically assigned to the chronologically following addresses.
