MD2400SA - Analogue addressable fire alarm control panel
The MD2400SA, analogue addressable fire detection and fire warning system for buildings, has been designed in accordance with European Standards EN54-2:1997/A1:2006 and EN54-4:1997/A1:2002/A2:2006.
The MD2400SA fire alarm control panel, in combination with the Apollo SOTERIA optical smoke detector, heat and multisensor detector, the SOTERIA red and yellow manual call point, the intelligent switch monitor and the intelligent input/output unit, the XP95 addressable sounder and the conventional ROSHNI RoLP sounder, is BOSEC B-9072-FD-1049 certified.
The MD2400SA fire alarm control panel has a maximum capacity of 2 loops. A maximum of 126 addressable devices can be connected to both loops. The communication with the connected fire detectors is based on the digital CORE protocol.
The various components of the MD2400SA fire alarm control panel are mounted in a cabinet with a metal base. At the front, the MD2400SA fire alarm control panel is equipped with a hinged, plastic front panel with a built-in 3.5" colour Touch screen for operating the control panel and for displaying the messages of the system. The front panel is also equipped with the necessary control buttons and general LED indicators. The whole is closed with a plastic cover.
The MD2400SA fire alarm control panel is equipped as standard with 4 relays, of which 1 monitored output, 1 Fail-safe relay for "Common fault" and 2 freely programmable relays with double potential free change-over contacts.
The housing of the MD2400SA fire alarm control panel offers space for two batteries with a maximum capacity of 12V 17Ah.
The MD2400SA fire alarm control panel is programmed using the menu structure on the Touch screen or by means of a PC configuration software.
