MD2400 LCD operator console with touch screen

A major upgrade to the C.I.E. MD2400 will be implemented on 1 March 2024. 

This upgrade includes the new main processor board (third generation) and the introduction of the new MD2400 LCD operator console/repeater panel with touch screen.
 

Using the configuration software, the new MD2400 LCD operator console with touch screen can be set up either as an operator console with the full functionality of the system or as a repeater panel with limited operating capabilities.

The new MD2400 LCD operator console with touch screen is only compatible with a C.I.E. MD2400 equipped with the third-generation main processor board. 

This upgrade is NOT implemented on the C.I.E. MD2400L, meaning that the new MD2400 LCD operator console with touch screen is NOT compatible with the C.I.E. MD2400L!

Existing MD2400/MD2400L operator console

The MD2400/MD2400L operator console in its current design remains available for use in combination with a C.I.E. MD2400 and a C.I.E. MD2400L equipped with a 1st and 2nd generation main processor board (Rabbit2000 & Rabbit4000) and as a possible replacement of a defective MD2400/MD2400L repeater panel. This concerns the articles 241100NF and 241102NF.

Production end of the MD2400/MD2400L repeater panel

Production of the MD2400/MD2400L repeater panel in its current design will soon be discontinued. Deliveries are still possible until end of stock. This concerns the articles 241121 and 241123. Spare parts for the MD2400/MD2400L repeater panel, with the exception of the housing, remain available.
